Cancellation Policy
Because we want to do the best for you and your dog, please carefully read our cancellation policy! It is important for you to make that commitment when you sign your dog up for class to make sure that you attend those classes. If you cannot make at least 5 of your group classes, please DO NOT sign up for that class series, as we do move the class along every week and we don’t want to set your dogs up to fail, nor is it fair to the rest of the dogs in class!
Group training classes MUST be attended on the dates and times the dog is registered for class. Cancellations of all Group classes will ONLY receive 1 makeup session and we need to have a least one full day’s notice that you are not going to make the class. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are NOT eligible for make-up classes. Please be advised that your dog may be grouped with other dogs at different levels that have missed classes as well.
Private training sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your session or we will not be able to make up or reschedule that session. Only 2 reschedules/cancellations per package will be allowed unless otherwise discussed in advance. No-shows are NOT eligible for make-up sessions! We realize that things come up but please communicate with us if there is a problem! If you have scheduled a package of sessions, you may not get the same day and time slot. We will always do our best to accommodate you and your dog!
Please note: If you sign up and have paid for a series of classes and have to cancel, there will be a $50.00 debit on your refund and you are still responsible for the taxes and credit card fees.
