Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility: Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

3. Changes to the Website and Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. Your continued use of our website following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

4. Limitation of Liability: We cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services.

5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of our website or services will be resolved through arbitration or a mutually agreed upon alternative dispute resolution method.

6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.

7. Service Agreement: By signing up for any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Service Agreement, which includes, but is not limited to, our vaccination and health requirements, behavior expectations, and cancellation policy.

8. Payment: Payment for all services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of all Group classes will ONLY receive 1 makeup lesson. This makeup lesson will be scheduled in advance and will be at the END of your 6 week series. Private training classes must reschedule at least 24 hours before your session or we will not be able to make up that class. If you have scheduled a package of sessions, you may not get the same day and time slot and also may have to be put into a group session with other dogs.

10. Liability and Insurance: Paw Sessions is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property while on our premises or while participating in any of our services. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their pet is adequately insured.
