New for 2025! Come join us for ‘Coffee and Cainine Conversation’. This series is FREE to attend!

We are excited to announce that we’ll be holding an educational seminar on the first Sunday of each month where you can come listen, learn, and grow to understand

a variety of important topics when it comes to owning a dog. This event will be FREE of charge and all are welcome! Coffee, tea and Bagles will be served.

(Please note that these are human only event unless we discuss it in advance and agree to use your dog in a demonstration. Call or ask us for this request.)

Come meet our staff of wonderful trainers that are happy to answer any and all questions you may have. There are no stupid questions!

Please note: This is a human only event! There is a limit of 30 humans and 2 ppl per family.

February 2nd - The Well-Balanced Dog - regtration is open register here

Some topics to be discussed: What does it mean to have a healthy, well-balanced dog? How much physical exercise does my dog need? What is the importance of mental stimulation and structure? Dog parks and play dates, does my dog need to get along with other dogs? What are some common training mistakes?

March 2nd - Dog Reactivity/Aggression - regtration is open register here

Some topics to be discussed: What are reasons why dogs are reactive? Does reactivity always mean aggression? What are the common owner mistakes that add to reactivity? Is it okay to let my dog say hello to other dogs on leash? Off-leash parks, are they safe for my dog?

April 6th - Puppies, puppies, puppies! - register here

Some topics to be discussed: Should I crate train my dog? At what age should I start training my dog? What are realistic behavioral expectations for my puppy at different ages? When should I start socializing my dog and how?

May 4th - Therapy and Service Dogs - register here

Some topics to be discussed: What is the difference between Therapy Dog and Service Dogs? How long does it take to train a dog for Therapy? How long does it take to train a dog for Service? Do I need a proof or certification of training? Where can I take a Therapy dog? Where can I take a ServiceDog? What are the laws according to the ADA?
